Submitter comment
Kundaje lab found this experiment falls in a relatively large collection of replicates across multiple ZNF TFs that are EXACTLY identical. This is definitely not co-binding TFs since the overlap and concordance is excessively high. It is also impossible to find expected motifs enriched in these peak regions. The peaks seem to be falling in AT repeat regions likely capturing some kind of eGFP ChIPing artifacts. This is confirmed visually in browser sessions.
