- Caption
- Immunoprecipitation was performed on nuclear extracts from biosample ENCBS788WCK (A549 eGFP-EHF replicate 1) cells using anti-eGFP antibody. The image shows western blot analysis of input (lane 1), immunoprecipitate (lane 2), and mock immunoprecipitate using IgG (lane 3). Molecular weight standard (Bio-Rad, cat. # 161-0374) contains 10 pre-stained recombinant proteins (250, 150, 100, 75, 50, 37, 25, 20, 15, and 10 kD). The target molecular weight is 63.0 kD as indicated with an arrow. Lower size bands which may be due to potential degradation products are marked with asterisks.
