The LAP-TAG containing the GFP has been recombineered in 3' of the gene in frame. The engineered vector has then been inserted into the specific docking site with the help of Att sites. Recombinant individuals were screened based on mini-white presence. The line has been stabilized as homozygous for the transgene.
