- Description
- The Registry of cCREs pipeline integrates DNase-seq data sets to generate a set of representative DNase hypersensitive sites (rDHSs). It then classifies a subset of rDHSs with supporting histone or CTCF ChIP-seq as candidate cis-regulatory elements (cCREs) with both cell type agnostic and cell type specific activity profiles.
