Immunoprecipitation was performed on nuclear extracts from the cell line K562 using the antibody A303-148A. Lane 1: input nuclear lysate. Lane 2: material immunoprecipitated with antibody. Lane 3: material immunoprecipitated using control IgG. Marked bands were excised from gel and subjected to analysis by mass spectrometry. Target molecular weight: 56.3 kDa

Lower bad running between 37 and 50 kDa has a faint band in IgG lane.

Multiple immunoreactive bands present at about equal intensities. However, the submitter has argued for the lower sized band (~50kb) to be that from the primary antibody's denatured heavy chain, also seen faintly in the IgG lane.
