There was not enough adrenal tissue to full characterize this antibody in this specific tissue type.

As this tissue was part of the GTex samples, there was not enough adrenal tissue to fully characterize this antibody lot in this specific tissue type. However, there is now a good WB for this antibody lot in adrenal gland tissue, as well as compliant primaries multiple cell lines. Therefore, this primary characterization is compliant via exemption from standards.

IP-WB characterization of DGCR8 specific antibody in K562 cell line . Lane 1 is 2.5% of five million K562 whole cell lysate Input, lane 2 is 2.5% of supernatant after immunoprecipitation and Lane 3 is 50% of IP enrichment using rabbit polyclonal anti-DGCR8 Antibody. This antibody passes preliminary validation and will be further pursued for primary and secondary validation.
