- We performed dot blot analysis using Millipore’s AbSurance™ Complete Core Histone Antibody Specificity Array (cat# 16-667, http://www.millipore.com/catalogue/item/16-667#). The blot has histone H3 peptides. The antibody recognized the H3K27ac with 10-fold enriched binding signal for H3K27ac to H3K18ac and H3K9ac. While the recombinant unmodified version of that histone shows a lack of reactivity.
