- CycT1 ChIP-Seq. analysis and IP results validate antibody. A 36% of CycT1 peaks (p-value < 1e-10) are found within 1000bp of a RefSeq transcriptional start site. B CycT1 antibody (Santa Cruz Biotech., sc-10750) immunoprecipitates both CycT1 and FLAG epitope tagged CDK9, consistent with CycT1 function as a subunit of P-TEFb. Conversely, immunoprecipitation of the FLAG tagged CDK9 also co-precipitates CycT1.

- Western Blot Analysis: HepG2, HeLa, K562 and GM12878 lysates (10µL) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with the Ab (1:1000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a Goat anti-Rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates HuR (~36 kDa).
