- K562 nuclear extract was prepared and separated on SDS-PAGE gel. The proteins were transferred to nitrocellulose membrane. The expression of CTCF was detected by CTCF antibody (Cell Signaling #2899, 1:1,000), and Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L)-HRP conjugate (BIO-RAD,170-6515, 1:10,000) with the ECL Plus Western blot detection system (Amersham RPN2132).
