- Western Blot Analysis: K562 and GM12878 lysates werer resolved by electrophoresis transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with the AB(1:1000 dilution of this lot). Proteins were visualized using a Rabbit anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicated protein CUGPB1 (~50 kDa)
