- Caption
- CBP ChIP-Seq analysis supports successful ChIP. A 11% of MACS-called CBP ChIP-Seq peaks (p-value < 1e-10) are found within 1000bp of a known TSS. B CBP peaks preferentially overlap with ATF2 peaks (84% within 1000bp) and to a lesser degree with ATF1, CREB, FOS, JUN and MAX transcription factors (30-50% within 1000bp). C De novo motif discovery with the MEME suite of analysis software using 100bp of sequence flanking the top 1000 CBP peaks identifies multiple canonical DNA binding motifs including GATA, TRE, STAT, C/EBP, AP-4 and RUNX1 motifs. The identification of several motifs reflects the recruitment of CBP by a number of transcription factors.
