Caption
Immunoprecipitation was performed on nuclear extracts from biosample ENCBS400CEG (MCF-7 eGFP-MSX2 replicate 2) cells using anti-eGFP antibody. The image shows western blot analysis of input (lane 1), immunoprecipitate (lane 2), and mock immunoprecipitate using IgG (lane 3). Molecular weight standard (Bio-Rad, cat. # 161-0374) contains 10 pre-stained recombinant proteins (250, 150, 100, 75, 50, 37, 25, 20, 15, and 10 kD). The target molecular weight is 57.0 kD as indicated with an arrow.
