Description
We entrained C57BL/6J mice to a 12-hour light, 12-hour dark cycle (LD12:12) under constant temperature for two weeks, and then we transferred the mice to constant darkness. Starting at 30 hr after lights off, which corresponds to circadian time 18 (CT18), tissue samples were collected from ten mice every 4 hr for two complete sources of circadian cycles.
