- This is the Sabeti lab pipeline to process reads from CRISPR screen data and a source gRNA library (reference) to create guide quantifications. From these, this pipeline also builds perturbation signal tracks, calls peaks (element quantifications), and builds visualizations of peak calls (bigInteracts).
