- The Myers Production Group acknowledges the low quality of this ChIP-seq experiment based on various QC metrics. The EP300 cofactor has repeatedly demonstrated itself to be difficult to immunoprecipitate in tissues samples (both mouse and human), even with the use of a validated and vetted antibody. Access to this data is at the discretion of the user, and we exercise caution in any interpretations that are made from it.
