ENCFF111ZJJ, ENCFF775UMQ, ENCFF123IDG, ENCFF097SNV were revoked because a software bug accidentally truncated the file content. The submitters will provide replacement files. In addition, this experiment and its control (ENCSR805GAD) did not have enough reads. The inputs were resequenced along with the IPs deeper, using the same libraries. The new files have been uploaded and supersede the older archived files.
