GM12878 cells (from Coriell Cell Repositories, catalog ID NA12878, passage number around 14-16 for both biological replicates) were grown in RPMI-1640 medium 2mM L-Glutamine (Invitrogen, catalog number 11835-030)supplemented with penicillin/streptomycin (invitrogen, catalog number 15140-122) and 15% FBS (VWR/Hyclone, catalog number 16777-014).
