- Nuclear lysates from K562 (10ug), HepG2 (10 ug), GM12878 (10ug), and HUVEC (10ug) were loaded into a 3-8% TA gel in 1X TArunning buffer Wet transfer, nitrocellulose, 30V for 1.5 hours, followed by Blocking with 5% BSA in TBS-T, 1 hour at RT. Antibodies dilulted in TBS-T with 0.5% BSA. 1 second exposure in ChemiDoc.
