IP-Western Blot analysis of human adrenal gland lysate using HNRNPU specific antibody. Lane 1 is 1% of 10 million tissue lysate input and lane 2 is 10% of IP enrichment using rabbit polyclonal anti-HNRNPU antibody (lanes under 'HNRNPU'). Lanes 3 and 4 indicate a technical replicate of lanes 1 and 2.

There was not enough adrenal tissue to full characterize this antibody in this specific tissue type.

This antibody is compliant for adrenal tissues as part of the GTex project. As there is a limited amount of tissue, no IgG control or secondary KD will be done on adrenal tissues with this antibody, but it has compliant primary and secondary characterizations in multiple cell lines as well, and is therefore exempt from standards.

Lane 1 is 2.5% of 0.5mg input lysate, lane 2 is 2.5% of supernatant after immunoprecipitation and Lane 3 is 50% of IP enrichment using either mouse monoclonal hnRNP U antibody (lanes under 'HNRNPU') or using mouse normal IgG (lanes under 'IgG').

Lane 1 is a ladder, lane 2 is K562 non-targeting control knockdown, lane 3 and 4 are two different shRNAs against HNRNPU. Lanes 5-8 follow the same pattern, but in HepG2. HNRNPU protein appears as the green band, Tubulin serves as a control and appears in red.
