- A recombinant protein containing amino acids 1 probe length: 50bp probe space: 36bp resolution: 86bp probe number per array: 577211 two arrays covered C.elegans whole genome--2nd of 2 chips covering the whole genome with design id 3427;0671. The other one is 3426;340 of SDC-3 was cloned and expressed with Novagens Pet30-EkLIC system. Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced at Covance Immunology Services. DNA encoding the SDC-3 epitopes was also cloned into pGEX-5X-2 vector (Amersham Biosciences) and used to affinity purify antibodies.
