Immunoprecipitation was performed on nuclear extracts from the cell line: MCF-7, using the antibody A303-571A. The blot shows western blot analysis of input, flowthrough, immunoprecipitate and mock immunoprecipitate using IgG. The expected size is ~116kD but there are multiple known isoforms around the same size and around 78kD (e.g. UniProt: Q12968-4, Q12968-5, Q12968-6)
