Lane 1 is 1% of twenty million whole cell lysate input and lane 2 is 25% of IP enrichment using rabbit normal IgG (lanes under 'IgG'). Lane 3 is 1% of twenty million whole cell lysate input and lane 4 is 10% IP enrichment using rabbit polyclonal anti-FXR2 antibody (lanes under 'FXR2').

The placement of the arrow is incorrect, should be around the 85-90kDa mark as the band is running a bit high in lane 4.

Major band runs a bit high but is consistent with IP in K562 and the size of the band in the K562 and HepG2 knockdowns, so will allow the size deviation.
