This antibody passes preliminary validation and will be further pursued for primary and secondary validation.

- The expected size is 40kDa. In the submitted blot, the major immunoreactive band appears to be outside of the allowed 20% size deviation.

- Though the major band is running higher than the expected size (>20% allowed size deviation), the accompanying knockdown secondary characterization shows that same sized band is specifically knocked down by siRNAs against YBX3.
