- Recombinant proteins for DPY-27 were cloned and expressed with Novagen's Pet30-EkLIC system. Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced at Covance Immunology Services. DNA encoding epitopes were cloned into pGEX-5X-2 vector (Amersham Biosciences) and used to affinity-purify antibodies. 2.1M long oligo probes in a single array to cover the whole genome of C elegans.
