- Validation of the ZNF263 antibody. (A) Nuclear extracts from the indicated cell types were analyzed by western blot using an antibody against ZNF263 (at a dilution of 1:1,000). (B) Nuclear extracts from K562 cells were subjected to immunoprecipitation using an antibody against ZNF263. The resultant immunoprecipitated fraction (IP) and supernatant (SN) were analyzed by western blot; also shown is a control immunoprecipitation using nonspecific IgG.

- Caption
- siRNA-mediated ZNF263 silencing. HEK293 cells were transfected with control siRNA (siCONTROL) or with siRNAs against ZNF263 (siZNF263). After 72 h cells were harvested and extracts were prepared. Protein levels of ZNF263 and actin were analyzed by Western blot from 50 μg of protein extract using a 1:1,000 dilution of the antibody.
