- A. ZNF217 siRNA Western blot. siRNAs against ZNF217 or non-specific control siRNAs (Scram) were transfected into MCF7 cells. Extracts were prepared and loaded onto to SDS-PAGE for Western blot analysis using anti-ZNF217 antibodies. Actin was used as a loading control. B. Overexpression western blot analysis. HEK-293 cells were transfected with 1ug of ZNF217 expression constructs with pcDNA 3.1 empty vector, ZNF217 pcDNA 3.1, and ZNF217 lentiviral construct and extracts were prepared from SDS-PAGE and Western blotting with anti-ZNF217 antibodies. Actin was used as a loading control.
