A 45% of Med1 ChIP-Seq. peaks (p-value < 1e-10) are found within 1000bp of a RefSeq transcriptional start site. B Immunoprecipitation with FLAG epitope tagged mediator subunits Med4, Med26 and CDC2L6 all co-precipitate a 200 kD band recognized by Med1 antibody (Santa Cruz Biotech., sc-8998).
