- Caption
- Quantitative ChIP analysis of GATA factor occupancy at GATA-1 targets which were identified in K562 cells was performed in b-estradiol-untreated and -treated (1 mM, 24 hr) G1E-ER-GATA-1 cells (mean ± SE, three independent experiments). The black bars show that the antibody produces a robust ChIP signal only after induction of GATA-1 by treatment with hormone. See Molecular Cell 36, 667-681, 2009.
