November 2017 Data Release Overview

We are pleased to announce that 428 datasets in total were released this November, ranging from all four organisms the ENCODE DCC holds: human, mouse, fruit fly, and worm. A total of 321 datasets are ChIP-seq, 74 datasets are CRISPRi RNA-seq (CRISPR interference followed by RNA-seq), 17 datasets on DNA accessibility assays, such as DNase-seq and ATAC-seq, and 16 datasets are on eCLIP.
