February and March 2017 Data Release Overview

We are pleased to announce that 135 datasets were released in February and 94 datasets were released in March. The assays range from ChIP-seq, poly mRNA RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, microRNA seq, and microRNA counts.

We would like to remind all users that datasets may be rerun through our Uniform Processing Pipelines if newly versioned pipelines produce different files, or if the datasets contain new data. Please check datasets-of-interest occassionally for plausible updates.
