Data Release: 66 new dendritic cell datasets from the Garber Lab

We are pleased to announce that the Garber Lab, under the Genomics of Gene Regulation project, has released 66 new dendritic cell datasets. These datasets come from ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, and ChIP-seq, providing great look into the genomic and transcriptomic landscape of the dendritic cell. Eleven of these are mouse, 55 are human datasets. 

The ENCODE DCC would like to remind all that these 66 datasets are free and accessible for use here on the ENCODE portal, no logins required.
