October 2016 release: 380 new ENCODE experiments

We are pleased to annouce that the DCC has been working hard, and has assisted in releasing 380 ENCODE experiments! These new datasets have covered nearly all assay categories, and range from ChIP-seq to RAMPAGE, from ATAC-seq to whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS). 

Including GGR and modERN projects totaling at 115 new datasets, a total of 495 experiments have been released.
