- Caption
- Immunoprecipitation was performed on nuclear extracts from biosample ENCBS952IAS (MCF-7 eGFP-OVOL1 replicate 2) cells using anti-eGFP antibody. The image shows western blot analysis of input (lane 1), immunoprecipitate (lane 2), and mock immunoprecipitate using IgG (lane 3). Molecular weight standard (Bio-Rad, cat. # 161-0374) contains 10 pre-stained recombinant proteins (250, 150, 100, 75, 50, 37, 25, 20, 15, and 10 kD). The target molecular weight is 58.0 kD as indicated with an arrow. Lower size bands which may be due to potential degradation products are marked with asterisks.
