v127 released!

Announcing v127 release of the ENCODE portal, highlighted by the following updates:

• Schema changes
  • Added “3D structure”, “DNA accessibility raw signal”, “variants chromatin interactions”, “haplotype-specific chromatin interactions”, “haplotype-specific DNA accessibility raw signal”, and “haplotype-specific DNA accessibility corrected signal” enums to File output_type
  • Added quality_metrics calculated property to Analysis
  • Added biosamples calculated property to Functional Characterization Series and Functional Characterization Experiments
  • Added “genomic perturbation followed by RT-qPCR” enum to Functional Characterization Experiment assay_term_name
  • Added “RT-qPCR” enum to Biosample Characterization characterization_method
  • Adjusted File dependency to permit submission of fastqs that have “filtered reads” output_type without specification of “replicate”
  • Added publication_page property to Publication
• UI changes
  • Allowed display of Pages and Cart files on Publication pages
  • Added hover text on Deeply Profiled Cell Lines page
  • Modified Series pages to display original_files, provided those files are linked to an Analysis object
  • Fixed bug on Award page where some labels were misaligned
  • Added Sex facet on Donor, Functional Characterization, and Series search pages
  • Allowed addition of Series to Publication pages, and updated Publication pages to display datasets belonging to the Series
  • Added Trait property to Annotation summary page
  • Updated Functional Characterization Series to display files from elements_mapping and elements_cloning datasets of the related_datasets
  • Updated Immune Cells collection page to use new graph icons, allow selection of child nodes by selecting a parent node, and retain filter selections when clicking on List or Report views
  • Removed collections from the front page search box
  • Updated toolbar links in the Functional Characterization subsection of the Data menu
  • Restricted visualization from Experiment Search and Matrix pages to queries with up to 200 results
  • Fixed issue with file gallery filters on fastq files in association graphs
  • Changed Publication year facet on Publication search page to sort in descending order
• Other changes
  • Reduced the severity of the inconsistent index file audit
  • Reduced the severity of the inconsistent fragmentation method audit
