Announcing v118 release of the ENCODE portal, highlighted by the following updates:
- Updated Software pages and added new page summarizing Software used by ENCODE
- Added biochemical input facet on Annotation search page
- Added azure_uri to Files
- Added HiCQualityMetric object to support submission of quality metrics from HiC pipeline
- Added “pairs,” “peptide quantifications,” “protein expression quantifications,” “novel peptides,” “allele-specific chromatin interactions,” “allele-specific variants,” “haplotype-specific alignments,” “diploid personal genome alignments,” “unidirectional peaks,” and “bidirectional peaks” enums to File output_type
- Adjusted File schema to support submission of fastqs from Ultima sequencing platform
- Added ENTEx donor accessions as enums for File assembly
- Added new assay terms “Ribo-seq,” “LC/MS Label-Free Quantification,” and “LC-MS/MS Isobaric Label Quantitative Proteomics,” and revised assay term “Capture Hi-C” to “capture Hi-C”
- Modified table for Functional Characterization Series pages to display examined_loci
- Added “calf,” “child,” “mixed stage,” and “newborn” enums to Annotation relevant_life_stage
- Added Disease metadata to Series pages
- Restored links to Factorbook from targets in Experiment search results
