v115 released!

Announcing v115 release of the ENCODE portal, highlighted by the following updates:
- Added annotation_subtype property to Annotations with Valis genome browser support
- Added new “single cell” assay slim
- Changed “scATAC-seq” assay term name to “snATAC-seq”
- Created new Single Cell Unit object
- Added “perturbation followed by scRNA-seq” and ‘perturbation followed by snATAC-seq” enums for Functional Characterization Experiment assay_term_name
- Added genome browser and file facets to Series pages
- Adjusted biosample summary generation code to remove redundant “originated from” phrases
- Added link to Azure ENCODE data mirror in toolbar menu
- Added Disease facet to Experiment search
- Updated glossary with additional definitions
- Added Pulse Chase Time Series objects
- Added pulse_chase_time property to Biosamples
- Added analysis_objects to Functional Characterization Experiments
- Modified Experiment page to allow visualization of Analysis audits
- Migrated assay-specific audits on Experiments to Analyses
- Adjusted calculation of Analysis title
- Allowed submission of Analyses by non-DCC submitters
- Allowed downloading of files from Reference, Project, and UCSC Browser Composite pages
