v106 released!

Announcing v106 release of the ENCODE portal, highlighted by the following updates:
- Updated batch download feature to use new metadata mechanisms
- Updated UI page for Transgenic Enhancer Experiments
- Added link to Transgenic Enhancer Experiments in drop down menu
- Added “assay_title” property to Transgenic Enhancer Experiments
- Added “unidentified tissue” enum to “tissue_with_enhancer_activity” property of Transgenic Enhancer Experiments
- Added feature to highlight arrows on association file graphs when clicking nodes
- Fixed detail text for “term_id not in ontology” audit
- Replaced the file output_type of “stable peaks” with “pseudo-replicated peaks”
- Updated audits for missing and non compliant biosample characterizations
- Updated UI to display new Genetic Modification properties
- Changed “disease_term_id” property of Biosamples to be an array and accept HP ID terms
- Added SPRITE-IP assay term name
- Restricted submission of “target” property of Functional Characterization Experiments to admin only
- Added grouping of properties reported in Quality Metrics
- Added audit to flag Analysis Step objects associated with multiple Pipelines
